SA: Service station attendant threatened with machete
An Adelaide service station attendant has been threatened with a machete during a robbery.
Police say three men .. one armed with a machete .. were involved in the robbery of
the service station on O'Connell Street in North Adelaide .. at about 12.30 this morning
(CDT).
Police say they jumped the counter .. threatened the staffer and stole an undisclosed
amount of cash .. cigarettes and chocolates .. before driving off in a dark coloured station
wagon.
No-one was injured during the robbery.
