VETO MAY BE OVERRIDDEN ON SENIOR CENTER PROJECT.(CAPITAL REGION)

TROY -- While Rensselaer County Executive Henry F. Zwack was giving legislative chairman Neil J. Kelleher some good news from Wall Street on Tuesday, Kelleher was giving Zwack some bad news about a special meeting next week.

The special legislative session ostensibly is to override Zwack's first and only veto of a resolution in which Rensselaer County lawmaker Louis Polsinello agreed to an easement over his Schodack property so a senior citizens center could be constructed.

Schodack county lawmaker Edward Swartz said that he believes the override will take place, especially in light of state Supreme Court Justice …
